The 6th annual MAD World Summit is being held under the theme of “Working together to achieve a step change in employee mental health and wellbeing”. As Europe’s largest solutions-focused event, the summit is on a mission to eradicate the stigma around mental health in the workplace.
This year’s summit will provide participants with an unparalleled opportunity to learn from industry leaders, stay updated on current trends, and share their insights with like-minded peers.
The summit will be held on 12th October 2023 at 133, Houndsditch, Liverpool Street, London EC3A 7BX and we’re excited that Chris Attoe, Kinhub’s Occupational Health Psychologist and Chief of Staff, will be presenting a workshop under the topic “Harnessing the power of data and AI - enabling personalised and proactive wellbeing support at scale”.
Chris will be sharing his insights and perspectives about today’s employers and employees who face unprecedented barriers when it comes to employee wellbeing and productivity as evidenced by record levels of absence, burnout, and lost productivity.
He will also touch on the scale of this challenge, requiring technology-enabled solutions that can provide personalised, responsive support to prevent poor health but also promote wellbeing and workplace performance.
This workshop will explore cutting-edge applications of computer and data science and how they can offer theory and evidence-based wellbeing support to employers and employees at scale.
During the workshop, Chris will be discussing:
- Technology solutions and your people strategy
- Personalised support and workforce segmentation
- Preventative and proactive wellbeing support
- Applications of Artificial Intelligence and machine learning
