Chris Attoe

Bio

Chris is an Occupational Health Psychologist with more than a decade of experience in NHS mental health services, occupational health and wellbeing, and organisational development. He has published widely on mental health and workplace wellbeing, including winning international awards for his research.

Chris also works at South London and Maudsley NHS Trust and is a Visiting Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology, and Neuroscience at King’s College London. He specialises in returns to work, stress and burnout, and supporting managers and leaders to deliver organisational approaches to improving employee wellbeing. Chris has supported individuals, managers, and a range of small and large companies, and is dedicated to improving people’s working lives and mental health.
