Catherine is a registered dietitian, with a special interest in nutrition during pregnancy and early years. She is a strong believer that nutrition in the first years of life can make a huge impact on future health.

She has a wealth of experience working in some of the UK’s top children’s hospitals, specialising in cardiology and intensive care nutrition. She is passionate about helping families achieve their health goals through good nutrition.
