Lucy is a registered nutritionist and health coach who specialises in female health conditions and peri-menopause. She is a strong advocate of women putting their own health and needs further up the priority list, particularly after having children. With 2 children of her own, she is acutely aware of how guilty we can be of neglecting our own health and wellbeing in favour of being parents, partners, and colleagues.
She supports busy women with suspected hormonal imbalances, chronic stress, gut and digestive complaints, and immune support. Taking a 360 degree view on health, she strongly believes that slow and steady wins the race; breaking life-long bad habits can be tough, but with the right guidance, clear goals, and someone supporting and encouraging you along the way, you can turn long-standing health issues around and get back to being your energetic, happy, and confident self.
