I am a therapeutic coach specialising in improving men's mental health through therapeutic coaching, writing, research, and resources that challenge societal stereotypes and promote mindful masculinity.

I use various psychotherapeutic techniques as an "integrative practitioner" to help people improve their relationships, increase self-awareness, and reflect on themselves. This is done to lead a more satisfying life with stronger connections.

In my practice, I have worked with executives, entrepreneurs, founders, musicians, sports professionals, and other professionals from high-performing industries to become mindful of their mental health and overall well-being.
